Saudi financier and king of libel tourism Khalid Bin Mafouz has just died at the age of 60. Here's a list of his various connections and nefarious activities, in case you're curious. Unfortunately, unless the United Kingdom changes its law, foreigners will still be able to bring suit there against American authors publishing uncomfortable facts.
