The EU takes on the pirates

The EU military mission Atalanta is now battling pirates in the Gulf of Aden. According to news reports, a French frigate stopped pirates from seizing Croatian and Panamanian vessels. Other EU forces scared pirates away from a Greek oil tanker. (Thanks to euobserver.com.)
