Alan Dershowitz, in an eloquent article on December 31 on the Mideast hostilities, attacks the "United Nations and European Union response, which equates the willful murder of civilians [by Hamas] with [Israel's] legitimate self-defense pursuant to Article 51 of the United Nation Charter."
